The share application forms with the pin number, written on it along with the proper user names and ID and address proof should reach the office within one month from the date of temporary activation.
The validity of a cheque is only for six months from the date of issue. No fresh cheques, at any cost, will be issued for the expired cheques.
Important Notice to Biz Captains and above rank holders:
(a) All Biz Captains and above rank holders should attend at least 4 BOPs in a month.
(b) If the company conducts mega programmes, all captains and above rank holders should attend at least one programme in a month.
(c) All captains must be present in the monthly captains' meetings without fail.
If any of the above instructions is violated, the person who does it is liable to pay a penalty, i.e.50% of his allowance.
It is to be seriously noted that a person can take only maximum 3 units of shares in his name.
Notice
Some of the sites have not been activated due to some mistakes either in the User Names or in the Bank Deposit Details.
The persons whose User Names have been mentioned in the list should appear in person in Bizarre’s Office on or before 6th May 2011
Those who fail to clear it within the date will be issued only 500 shares (After paying the balance amount, Rs.2000/-) or the amount, they paid will be returned.
